Lost star, 51, marries girl, 16, in Vegas

ONE of the stars of Lost has married a beauty queen and aspiring country singer in Las Vegas. Nothing remarkable in that except he is 51 and she is 16.
Actor Doug Hutchison, who is known for playing creepy scientist Horace in Lost and the twisted prison guard with a taste for wetting himself and stamping on mice in The Green Mile, says that his love for Courtney Alexis Stodden is ageless.
He also states there is nothing strange about their relationship or their nuptials.
“We’re aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial,” the couple told E.Online.
“But we are very much in love and want to get the message out there that true love can be ageless.”
The couple tied the knot late last month. In order for a minor to obtain a marriage licence in Nevada, Courtney had to get her parents’ consent. They gave it willingly.
“We are totally supportive of this marriage,” her mom Krista Stodden told Radar Online.
“Doug is a wonderful man and we love him. They are very much in love and we are so supportive of this.”
