TV review: Wonderland – A Dad is Born

A menace on the road, a hippy in the home I’d like to report Greg Secker to the police, for hazardous driving. More specifically, deliberate and hazardous distraction, in Greg’s case using a mobile phone and a laptop computer. If the police were not watching the programme then they will find all the evidence they need for a successful conviction on iPlayer. There’s also plenty of evidence that Greg is a wazzock, but sadly being a wazzock is not a crime in the eyes of the law, I do not think.

THE Hangover Part II set a sobering new box office record in its first day open. Early receipts leaked to Deadline this day showed that the motion picture took in $31.6 million in the US Thursday – the most ever for an R-rated comedy. The previous R-rated comedy record holder was Sex And The City, which opened on a Friday in 2008 with $26.7 million. Lucknow hear bothers Javed Akhtar

Lucknow ki garmi does not discriminate between celebs and non-celebs. And those coming in from other cities had better watch out. Radio review: French and Saunders

Their bank holiday special delivered guests, laughs, chat – and, ideal of all, their mothers Some days, Radio 2 is now pleasingly awash with female presenters. It’s more noticeable on high days and school holidays, when Zoe Ball and Liza Tarbuck might be covering for daytime slots, and when you begin the day with Vanessa Feltz’s show. Yesterday’s began with her playing Simon and Garfunkel’s The Boxer for Henry Cooper in that brief early-morning interlude before news of another death eclipsed all else.
